1
planted.roast
Sultanas
Cranberry jelly (vegan)
Roasted pointed cabbage
1
pointed cabbage
1
lemon
4 tbsp
olive oil
1
garlic clove crushed
salt and pepper
Balsamic sauce
2
bag planted.roast sauce
30ml
balsamic vinegar
10g
sugar
salt and pepper

Preparation

1
Preheat the oven to 220°C fan oven. Line a baking tray with one side of baking paper.
2
Pour the oil into a bowl and add the lemon zest from one lemon. Halve the lemon and squeeze the juice into the peel. Add the garlic, salt and pepper and mix.
3
Remove the stem from the bottom of the pointed cabbage. Now cut the cabbage into eighths lengthwise. And place the eighths on the baking sheet. Brush the pointed cabbage with the lemon-garlic oil and put it in the oven. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Rotate the baking tray halfway through. When the pointed cabbage is golden brown, remove it from the oven and let it cool.
4
In a small saucepan, dissolve the sugar with a little sugar over medium heat and reduce to a caramel. Deglaze with the balsamic vinegar and reduce until the vinegar has almost boiled down. Pour over the planted.fried sauce and season with salt and pepper.
5
Preheat the oven to 160°C fan oven. Put some rapeseed oil in a coated pan and carefully fry the planted.fried cubes on all sides until golden brown over a medium temperature. Now place on a fireproof dish and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
6
Heat the pointed cabbage on a fireproof dish in the oven for 10 minutes.
7
Take the pointed cabbage and the planted.roast cubes out of the oven and arrange them on the plate. Spread the sultanas on the pointed cabbage wedges. Arrange the cranberry jelly on the plate and spread the hot planted.fried sauce on the plate. Complete.
